Pest control, architectural review forms (i.e. hurricane shutters/glass, 2nd floor flooring, enclosing a screened porch), roofing, parking decal for a new car, guest/occupant/pet registration, garbage/recycling, lights outside your unit, parking lot, or anything relating to the outside structure of your building.

 

Important Notice: Leak Evaluations

If you are experiencing a leak or water intrusion in your unit, please be advised that owners are responsible for contacting their own licensed plumber or contractor to evaluate the issue before reaching out to the Property Management Company or the Board.

Once your plumber/contractor has determined the source of the leak, you may then contact Management if it involves common elements. This helps ensure efficient handling of the issue and prevents unnecessary delays.
